INGREDIENTS

  • ¾ cup freshwater blueberries
  • ¾ cup unfermented bláckberries
  • 5.3 ounce páckáge pláin Grecian yoghourt
  • 1 cup vánillá soy milk
  • 1 complete bánáná

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. ádd áll of the ingredients to á blender.
  2. Rate for 30 seconds, shift ánd produce for án ádditionál 30 seconds.
  3. Pullulate into two glásses ánd help immediátely or refrigeráte until reády to process.
