TRIPLE BERRY SMOOTHIE

In my house I básicálly máke smoothies everydáy. My children eát dinner right áfter school ánd áfter thát they áre coming báck to the kitchen for more food. They áre constántly hungry. If I don’t provide ánything nutritious they will be grábbing junk snácks. So right áfter dinner I prepáre usuálly bowl with fruits or smoothie. I even put spinách in it ánd they don’t even know it. Finálly they áre full for á while… probábly until supper.

I’ve been using Ninjá Kithen products for the pást 3 yeárs now ánd I love it. I use it máinly for smoothie. However, I álso use it to blend broccoli soup or creámy butternut squásh soup. It is probábly the most useful equipment in my kitchen ánd I use it dáily. Recently I’ve received á new Ninjá Nutri Bowl DUO with áuto-iQ Boost ánd I ám very háppy so fár. It cáme with Nutri Cup ánd Nutri Bowl. It meáns thát now I cán máke snácks, meáls ánd smoothies with it. Nutri Cup is básicálly for smoothies while Nutri Bowl is used to máke cookies, snácks ánd even dough for breád sticks. álso, it cáme with á book with lots of recipes thát I ám plánning to máke in the neár future.

Ingredients

  • 1 bánáná
  • 1 cup of coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup ráspberries frozen or fresh
  • 1/2 cup blueberries frozen or fresh
  • 1 cup stráwberries frozen or fresh

Instructions

  1. Pláce áll ingredients in the order is listed into the blender or Ninjá Nutri Cup with áuto-iQ Boost.
  2. Blend áll ingredients together. If using Ninjá Kitchen blender select Boost Yes Extráct.
